David Findling is an attorney and managing partner at The Findling Law Firm, PLC. He has more than 30 years of experience addressing insolvency and debtor-creditor issues. Michigan Lawyers Weekly, previously named Mr. Findling Lawyer of the Year for his work as receiver. He was the author of The Enforcer, State Bar of Michigan, Family Law Journal, a monthly column on enforcement issues. In 2012, he initiated the creation of the receivership committee. As a member of the receivership committee, he served as co-drafter of MCR 2.621 and 2.622.  MCR 2.622 was adopted by the Michigan Supreme Court on March 28, 2014 and became effective May 1, 2014.
